Through-Feed CNC Machine KDT KD-610 NHZ<\/h2>\n

KDT KD-610 NHZ<\/strong> is the direct successor to the popular 610 HZ model, upgraded with improved technology, higher productivity, and an increased level of automation.<\/p>\n

The machine is operated via an industrial computer running Windows and user-friendly KDT WS Drill AI<\/strong> software. A barcode scanner<\/strong> is included for easy barcode-based workflow. The machine enables ONLINE service support<\/strong> (TeamViewer). Programs can be created directly on the machine or in the office. Integration with MegaTISCHLER, Corpus 3D, LestrojBOX, Alphacam, SolidWorks<\/strong> and others is possible. The software is graphically supported, parametric, and easy to use.<\/p>\n

KD-610 NHZ<\/strong> is equipped with a 5.5 kW upper milling unit<\/strong> with automatic tool change (5-position tool magazine) for producing grooves and cut-outs, as well as an additional 3.5 kW lower milling unit<\/strong>. An integrated \u00d8120 mm grooving saw<\/strong> (4 mm thickness) is designed for machining back panel grooves.<\/p>\n

The CNC machine features a pair of independent clamps<\/strong> that automatically adjust their grip according to the drilling position. The clamp guide length is 3900 mm<\/strong> (model 610), enabling the processing of long workpieces with minimal re-clamping. The air flotation infeed and outfeed tables<\/strong> allow easier handling of workpieces, especially those with sensitive surfaces.<\/p>\n

Dual clamps ensure faster cycles and greater precision. The through-feed CNC KDT KD-610 NHZ<\/strong> is easy to operate, as it does not require mechanical adjustments, and barcode usage enables efficient work even for less experienced operators.<\/p>\n
