THROUGH-FEED CNC MACHINE KDT KN-612 NCHSD<\/strong><\/p>\n

KDT KN-612 NCHSD<\/strong> is an extremely productive through-feed machine designed for drilling, milling, and sawing<\/strong>. It features three independent drilling units<\/strong> that allow simultaneous machining of two workpieces<\/strong>, ensuring high productivity<\/strong>. Two drilling heads<\/strong> are positioned on the top<\/strong> and one on the bottom<\/strong>. The advantage of this machine is side drilling using two upper aggregates<\/strong>. The bottom drilling aggregate<\/strong> is compactly designed to take up minimal space, meaning the worktable opening is smaller<\/strong> and the workpiece gains more support during drilling<\/strong>, resulting in greater stability and machining precision<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The machine features a built-in grooving saw \u00d8120 mm<\/strong> designed for creating grooves for cabinet back panels.<\/p>\n

An AI interface, larger drilling unit, and fixed angular head with four outlets<\/strong> provide advanced, precise, and powerful machining for better machine efficiency and shorter production times.<\/p>\n

The KN-612 NCHSD<\/strong> is also equipped with four independent milling aggregates<\/strong> for grooving and cutting on all six sides. A new feature is the 6 kW milling motor<\/strong> with a fixed angular head<\/strong> and four outlets for side grooves<\/strong> on all four sides. An additional bottom fixed milling aggregate<\/strong> features a manual tool changer<\/strong>, meaning the machine includes two lower milling units<\/strong> for two different grooving tools<\/strong>. The main upper milling aggregate (5.5 kW)<\/strong> includes an automatic tool changer with six positions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Machine operation<\/strong> is simple thanks to the industrial computer (Windows)<\/strong> and KDT DrillTop software<\/strong>. The machine is equipped with a barcode reader<\/strong> for barcode-based operation. It supports ONLINE service via TeamViewer<\/strong>, and programs can be created both on the machine and in the office<\/strong>. The package also includes a one-year LestrojBOX license<\/strong> for automatic furniture generation.<\/p>\n

Double-sided independent clamps<\/strong> enable faster and more precise work<\/strong>. The clamp guide length<\/strong> of 5500 mm<\/strong> allows processing of long pieces without re-clamping<\/strong>. The air-floating infeed table<\/strong> makes it easier to move workpieces with delicate surfaces, while the cross transport system<\/strong> ejects the processed workpiece from the machine. The conveyor belt<\/strong> removes waste material<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
