The compact 6.2 m design allows the machine to be used in both large production facilities and smaller workshops. Its robust construction and high-quality components ensure high productivity, reliable operation, and the ability to run continuously (24/7) while maintaining excellent processing quality.

KDT uses state-of-the-art technologies in manufacturing, such as robotic welding, high-quality materials, artificial aging of the structure to remove internal stresses, and precise CNC machining. The monolithic and rigid structure, developed with advanced 3D tools, provides exceptional stability and consistent accuracy without the need for frequent adjustments.

The advanced gluing system allows easy use of both EVA and PUR adhesives. The glue pot with an additional chamber for storage, maintenance, and preheating enables fast glue changes (2–3 minutes) without downtime, always ensuring fresh and high-quality adhesive.

For a perfect finish on different material thicknesses, precise servo drives and the option of selecting two radii are used, with accuracy up to 0.01 mm. Settings can be saved and reused, significantly reducing setup time and increasing productivity.

As an option, a drive belt is available, especially suitable for processing delicate surfaces, as it reduces contact and the possibility of dust accumulation on the workpiece.

The machine is standardly equipped with larger connection ports for efficient dust extraction.

For optimal final results, the application of a release agent and cleaning fluid prevents glue adhesion and improves the efficiency of scrapers and brushes.

A double rounding unit with two high-frequency motors and pneumatic adjustment allows processing of four different profiles and ensures perfect corner rounding without the need for manual corrections.

Large copier wheels, stable workpiece guidance, and efficient dust removal enable top-quality results that exceed most comparable machines on the market.
