Features of the KDT KD-610RH machine:
The CNC machine is very easy to operate using an industrial PC with a Windows environment and the user-friendly KDT DrillTop software. It supports optimization programs with additional cards and also enables label printing. A scanner is included as standard, allowing barcode reading of additional cards.
It is suitable for smaller production facilities, as it is the most compact model with dimensions of 4092 × 2250 mm.
The machine is equipped with two drilling units, mounted on the top and bottom, featuring 8 horizontal spindles and 19 vertical spindles (10 on top and 9 on the bottom) for 6-sided drilling. A 3.5 kW milling unit is included as standard for profile processing as well as simple straight and curved grooves. The 3.5 kW milling spindle is designed for precise drilling of through and blind holes on furniture surfaces and edges.
The smallest workpieces the machine can process are 70 × 35 mm, up to a maximum size of 1000 × 2800 mm.
Thanks to the two automatic clamps, there is significantly less interruption during drilling, greatly increasing the speed of a single work cycle compared to machines with a single clamp, with a maximum speed of 100 m/min.
The entire system is controlled by high-precision INVT servo motors, ensuring accurate operation and high productivity.
The batch drilling mode allows simultaneous processing of two parts using a mirrored layout and supports all popular optimization software programs for additional cards and label printing.
Thanks to a special electric fan that creates airflow through openings in the upper part of the table, moving parts across the table is very easy, while also preventing scratches on the bottom surface of the workpiece.
The machine also supports skip milling with the help of movable plates in the drilling area.
The electrical cabinet with electronic components, sealed against dust and resistant to moisture, is separated from the machining area, ensuring easier maintenance and significantly extending the service life of the electrical components.
